The retainer provides continuous lead reactivation coverage. Campaigns run continually: when a campaign completes, another begins as eligible leads become available. Leads become eligible once they are at least 90 days old. Eligibility, campaign start, and campaign length depend on the composition of the client's own lead list, and no particular volume of outreach, appointments, or results in any month is guaranteed.
The retainer fee is $250 per month. Each appointment that lands on the client's calendar is billed at $40. Appointment charges are invoiced weekly while campaigns run. The monthly fee is charged month to month by subscription. No-show appointments are refunded when the client reports them.
A lead is contacted at most once every 180 days, across all campaigns. The retainer does not bypass this limit. Leads younger than 90 days are not contacted. Any opt-out is honored permanently across every channel.
The retainer may be cancelled at any time, with no cancellation fee. Your current campaign chapter runs to its finish and appointments that land during it are billed at the retainer rate. After the chapter ends, your account reverts to regular campaign terms with no new monthly fee. The monthly fee is not refunded for the remainder of a started month.
Data handling under the retainer is the same as under any Hayes Systems campaign: CRM data is accessed in read-only mode. Calendars are accessed with read and write permissions to facilitate the serving of appointments. Access tokens are deleted at the end of the engagement. Your list is deleted at campaign closeout. The privacy policy and the Data Agreement and Campaign Terms apply.
The Data Agreement and Campaign Terms govern every Hayes Systems engagement. For retainer clients, where this document differs from the Campaign Terms, this document governs: the monthly fee, the per-appointment rate, the automatic continuation of campaigns, and the cancellation terms stated here.
