What we do
Hayes Systems runs done-for-you reactivation campaigns on the dormant leads in your Follow Up Boss. We pull your past-inquiry leads, send personalized email outreach to every workable contact, call interested leads with our conversational AI assistant, and book appointments to an open slot on your calendar.
What we access
A read-only connection to your Follow Up Boss, used to pull your past-inquiry leads. The connection is made through our registered Follow Up Boss system and appears in your account. We never write to your Follow Up Boss, and nothing changes for your team.
Appointments are booked through your booking calendar (Cal.com, Calendly, or GoHighLevel), not through Follow Up Boss.
Connecting
The connection happens during onboarding. You authorize access once, and the campaign pulls the leads it needs from there. Nothing to install, no new app, and no changes to how your team works in Follow Up Boss.
Disconnecting
Cancel any time by emailing Matt@hayessystems.com. Outreach and booking stop the same day, and your Follow Up Boss connection is revoked immediately: access tokens are deleted from our side.
Your lead data
Lead information is used solely to run your campaign: hygiene, consent asks by email, consented calls, appointment booking, and reporting. When your engagement ends, lead data is removed with opt-out suppression retained, so a lead who asked to stop is never contacted again.
Pricing
