Campaign cancellations take effect the same day: outreach stops and the campaign closes out on the current invoice week. Retainer cancellations stop the monthly fee and let the current campaign chapter run to its finish at the retainer rate. There are no cancellation fees.
Retainer clients are subject to the same terms with the addition that the monthly fee is non-refundable.
All appointments already on your calendar stay valid. For campaign cancellations, no new appointments are made after cancellation. For retainer cancellations, appointments that land during the final chapter are billed at the retainer rate. Your CRM and calendar software will continue to function as normal.
When you cancel, your lead data comes out of our active systems. We keep consent and suppression records as compliance requires, and never use them for outreach again. A lead who opted out stays opted out, permanently.
