You can stop at any time, by email, with no fee and no notice period. Work ends within one business day, and the only thing you owe is appointments already booked at that moment.
Reply to any email from us, or write to Matt@hayessystems.com. We confirm the same day and tell you the effective date and anything left on your account.
If nothing booked: nothing, ever. Any appointments the campaign already booked stay on your calendar, and you still receive a report covering the work that ran.
During a paid campaign: a final invoice for appointments already booked and qualified at the moment you cancel, at the standard rate, minus anything already invoiced during the campaign. Work in progress that has not produced a booked appointment costs nothing.
On retainer: either side may end a retainer with thirty days written notice. If a campaign is mid-flight when a retainer ends, it finishes under the paid-campaign terms above.
Appointments already on your calendar are yours; we do not cancel them. Your booking service and calendar are your own and keep working. And opt-out requests from your leads are honored permanently regardless of anything else, because suppression obligations outlive campaigns.
At cancellation, your lead data is removed from our active systems. Consent and suppression records are retained as required by our compliance obligations; they exist to protect consumers and both parties, and they are not used for any outreach after your engagement ends.
